When there's a hoar frost in Ōtautahi, the two main rivers, the Ōpawahou and the Ōtakaro breathe a fine, gentle mist.
Super beautiful if you happen to be up early and walking on one of the many pathways that meander alongside them.
Today's view is a gift from the Ōtakaro river, at 8am this morning, when I could see my own breath as white puffs and everything inside became calm and stress-free.

I don't call it a To Be Read pile, because practically every book I've ever met fits into that category...
At my place it's more like Book Art, and I'd be happy plastering it on every available wall. All you need is a sturdy wooden shelf (in this case reclaimed rimu floorboards) and a sh!t-ton of time on your hands to visit and re-visit a thousand different worlds.
Do I re-read them? Hell, yes. That's what old friends are for!

Most creators have a hard time wading through imposter syndrome at some stage in their career, so positive voices in the astro-void can be invaluable. If you love a writers work, don't be shy to shout about it! It may seem like you'e just a tiny voice in the grand scheme of things, but you might be making a huge differences to the creator.
