The first time I tried a muscle-up was… ugly 💩
I launched myself at the bar, flailed like a panicking chicken, and got humbled by gravity in front of the whole CrossFit class.
Luckily, only my ego was bruised. But that humbling lit a fire. And the day I finally cleared the bar cleanly? Pure magic — like I’d broken gravity itself.

Just mucking around at the gym and hit a 5kg weighted muscle-up 🥵

✅ Start from a dead hang
✅ Engage your lats like you’re launching a rocket

✅ Keep your core tight in a hollow position
