Selling your rental property doesn’t have to be a headache.

While Homely specialises solely in property management, we have strong connections with top local real estate agents. We can easily arrange for a professional to visit your property and provide a sales appraisal.

If you decide to head to market, we handle the coordination between you and the agent. We ensure your tenants receive the correct legal notice and that all requirements are met.

It is vital to inform us as soon as possible to stay compliant with New Zealand rental laws. Experience property management that actually cares about your next big move.
