Big things have been happening!

Our subdivision application was approved earlier this year... and while we work towards meeting the conditions (anyone want to help plant 500 native plants down the back sometime soon?!), we have been getting the house section ready to put on the market.

So.... Who wants to be our neighbours? 😉

A wee update on some of the mahi we have put in lately to meet the conditions of our subdivision consent, and prep the house section for sale! 🙌🏼

- Linden spent this past weekend building the back boundary fence (as seen in the videos attached). “Best Valentine’s Day ever” he said 💐

- We have taken down the front paddock, levelled out the goat tracks made by several years of George and Dobby use, and are now re-grassing the area 🌱

- We have taken out most of the orchard netting, wires and poles not only for aesthetics but to make space for digger works that will be happening over the next while.

- We have started decluttering the house and washing the walls in preparation for Kerri The Lady Painter to come in and do some touch ups 👩🏼‍🎨

And over the next few weeks we have:
- the new entrance way off Pearson Road going in
- the new boundary fence around the 4000sqm house section being built (yay, more fencing)
- the new front fences being built (feel free to come join us for that one, bring a level 🤪)
And a heap of native planting to be planted down by the boundary fence!

Lots ticked off, but plenty more to go!

This came from Claire S, who froze most of their haul but kept some out to make a cherry cake AND bottle some in a sugar and brandy syrup 🤤🍒
