Last week our Joker draw for the first time hit $4000 and had to go that night. After a few draws a lucky member pulled the Ace card, which wins $50. After a couple more draws the joker card got flipped around, picked by Chris Ward!!! Well done mate!! 🃏🃏

Tonight we restart the draw at an astonishing $1111.

ANZAC Day 2026 🇳🇿🇦🇺❤️

Thank you to everyone who braved the cold wind to come and paid their respects at our ANZAC day dawn service and parade. Thank you to those who spoke and performed during the service.

A huge thank you to the Welfare trust for once again planning and organising the rest home services. Each ANZAC day a group go to Clutha Views and Holmdene and hold a small service for the residents, they throughly enjoy this each year!!

Thank you to everyone who took part and played a role in this years ANZAC day, the Clutha District RSA appreciate each and every one of you so much!! ❤️

There is a very cool display at TPOMA focusing on the South Otago Soldiers in WW1. Pop on down to have a read!!

Trevor has a special display in his front garden of 2 soldiers and poppies.

Esther from The Coffee Shot is offering free hot drinks from the coffee kiosk located in the foyer of TPOMA. They will be available between 5:45 and 8 am on the 25 April, before and after the ANZAC Parade.

Thank you to everyone who came and gave us a hand cleaning up the headstones at the cemetery yesterday!!

Yesterday we fixed the flag pole by concreting it into the ground and all the crosses were put out in preparation for ANZAC day on the 25th April. Thank you to all who came along and helped, it’s very much appreciated.

Next Sunday (19th April) we will be cleaning up the headstones at the Balclutha cemetery at 10am. Please come along if you are able to help.

This Saturday (11th April) we are looking for some helpers to help with putting out the crosses and repairing the flag pole at the cenotaph. Meet at the RSA at 2:30pm ☺️
