Journeys Rest // Inspired by our clients’ love of tramping and the enduring simplicity of the backcountry huts they encountered along the way, Journeys Rest is a refined interpretation of rustic architecture.

Rich, carefully selected natural timbers anchor the home, celebrating texture, warmth and craftsmanship at every turn. Every detail has been considered, balancing raw honest materials with the precision craftsmanship.

Set within its rural landscape, the home feels deeply connected to its surroundings, understated, grounded and built to last for generations.

Before and after – this late 1970s home had been left unmaintained for years. We’ve brought it back to life, adding some modern charm and ensuring it can be enjoyed as a beautiful family home for many years to come.
