Club Physical

Club Physical’s BAM (black singlet) mid-throw at NZ Wrestling Champs.

Wrestling classes are on again tonight for Piwis, Juniors and Adults. New comers welcome.

“I never thought of myself as a gym-bunny. It was all new to me. But it completely changed my life. By the time I completed twelve weeks I had reduced my waistline by 23cm and my blood pressure by 8.5%!…..I enjoyed the group classes the most” - Terri.

Not everyone achieves results like Terri. And it’s true, that was twelve weeks. In just SIX WEEKS time it’s the official start of summer and there’s just enough time to complete FOCUS42 starting October 17th.

This time around we’re simply focussing on the priceless healthy habits that will get you into, and keep you in GREAT SHAPE.

It’s just $199 if you join up by Monday night. Otherwise it’s $249.

On to the next 🫡

Could YOU match Bam’s enthusiasm? Yes, Bam - and her name perfectly matches her style. (pictured here with Tina)

A Club Physical member of ten years, Bam competed with several opponents today at the NZ Wrestling Championship.

And that’s not all. Bam, along with Brahm, has signed up to run the Auckland Marathon early November. Her fitness has gone to a new level….in fact ‘Next Level’ as Bam can also be seen in the HYROX classes.

Then again, Bam, who works for The Commerce Commission, will be partnering Monika and competing (along with Brahm and team) in Februarys HYROX contest at the Auckland Showgrounds.

Bam has infectious positivity - those who know her will agree. She’s leading by example, not afraid to have a go. Thats the New Zealand way. Perhaps she will encourage YOU!

What questions would you be asking, just seconds before your very first competitive wrestling match……and it just happens to be at the New Zealand Championship?

Here’s one brave boy at the biggest NZ wrestling event in many years., with over 350 wrestlers!

Yes it does take courage to compete.

Is that a DUCK on your shoulder?

As a female, would you travel the World alone? Exactly how safe is it? This week Chloe, Club Physical’s Travel commentator shares what happened to her and some valuable hints on how to keep safe when you travel. See YOUTUBE - Chloe and ( sometimes) Ludvig.

As for the duck. She saved a day-old duckling between travel trips. And now it thinks she’s ‘mum’!

🌺 Its officially 2 months till summer 🌺
