🥟 30s Gyoza Tip #02 – Cook from frozen ❄️

For perfect gyoza, do NOT thaw them.
Always cook straight from frozen – pan-fry, boil or air-fry.

Why?
• Thawed gyoza get sticky and break easily
• Cooking from frozen keeps the pastry chewy outside and the filling juicy inside

Next time, go freezer ➜ pan/pot/air fryer, no defrost needed.

🥟 30s Gyoza Tip #01 – It’s all about the pan 🍳

Ever had your Gyoza stick together in one big clump… or the filling fall out when you try to flip them?
Most of the time, it’s not you – it’s the pan.

For perfectly crispy-bottomed gyoza that stay juicy inside and don’t fall apart:
💡 Use a non-stick frypan with a flat base
So why...
Because on regular pans, the surface is more rough, so the gyoza pastry “grabs” the pan and sticks easily – especially with starch and protein.
