LC Designer Homes is a boutique residential design and build company, delivering unique house extensions and renovations and bespoke new homes. Established in 2009 as Leonard Construction, the company is led by husband-and-wife team, Adam (a third-generation carpenter) and Michelle (an Architectural Designer).
Together, Adam and Michelle create homes that suit the needs of clients, through an integrated, seamless and transparent process.
STATE-OF-THE-ART DESIGN
We design as much as we can upfront, using our building knowledge, to ensure your design is buildable. The 3D house design software then lets you walk through the spaces so you can understand them intimately and ensure they meet your needs. Before you’ve purchased even a stick of timber.
FULL TRANSPARENCY
We believe that you deserve transparency at all stages of the project, from where the deposit is, to what the budgets are looking like. You can access this information at any time via our online portal.
ONLINE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This centralises all project information and communication, so everyone’s on the same page. Even if you’re located remotely, you can log in to see how things are progressing.
PERSONALISED COMMUNICATION
You’ll experience a high level of communication specific to your needs. For example, if you’re too busy and can’t get to site but want to understand the highlights, we’ll create a weekly site video for you. Otherwise, you are welcome to attend weekly or fortnightly site meetings. And clients who want to understand all the details are invited to a weekly project management meeting.
