Almost there with this one. As you can see this has been designed with extra storage in mind. Surface cleaner easily stores away under the skid, gorilla ladder fits under the front false floor (top still to be put on). Just wiring, hoses and testing to go. We will do a complete walk around video when we finish.

One of the biggest issues people have with pressure washing skids in vans is where to put your surface cleaner. We have 2 van builds going on at the moment and both have had this problem solved with a raised skid. This will probably be our go to base layout for vans going forward. Theres still more bracing to go in yet so keep an eye out for the completed builds.

Any NZ people need any handles, covers and nuts for mtm dn10 ball valves? Some left overs from our remote bypass systems. Going free just pay for the freight.

Marine switch for your 12v softwash or even your pressure washer. Having the digital lit up display shows your battery voltage. We had a customer last week who had left the key on for a couple of days on his gx690 and wouldn't turnover. Having the voltage meter it would have been easy to diagnose the flat battery and being lit up would have alerted that the machine was still on originally.
