Guard of the Month goes to Fernando ✨

Fernando has been putting in the hard yards and it has not gone unnoticed. He is always willing to pick up a shift, help where he can, and show up with a good attitude no matter what is going on.

He is one of those people who brings good energy with him. Always smiling, always friendly, and always making the people around him feel comfortable.

We really appreciate the effort, the reliability, and the way you carry yourself, Fernando.

Well deserved.

We’re proud to welcome Waiheke Marina as a new client.

Thank you for trusting Absolute Security Group to help keep your property, staff, visitors, and community safe.

It’s up to each guard to obtain their licence, complete their initial course, train, and develop an understanding of the security industry. Once they join ASG, it becomes our responsibility to ensure that knowledge is maintained, strengthened, and kept current.

We actively push our guards to attend ongoing training sessions, covering both theory and practical skills across all areas of security - including patrol, property protection, hospitality, and more. The security landscape is constantly evolving, and it’s our job to make sure our teams remain knowledgeable, confident, and protected.

That ongoing training is the difference between keeping people safe and an incident occurring.

Presence that leads. Control that holds.

Real security isn’t reactive.
It’s built on consistency, visibility, and knowing how to manage a situation before it escalates.

At Absolute Security Group, we focus on maintaining control through presence - not force.

Because when it’s done right, most situations never become incidents.
