This 1990s plaster-clad home has been completely transformed. We carried out a full reclad in timeless weatherboard, upgraded indoor-outdoor flow with new joinery and a Louvretec-covered deck, and fully renovated the interior with a designer kitchen, travertine bathrooms, custom wardrobes, and engineered timber flooring.

Transforming a 90s Plaster Home into a Timeless, Market-Ready Residence When our clients came to us with their 1990s plaster home, their goal was clear: modernise the property to increase its appeal and value ahead of a potential

Indoor-outdoor flow was a key part of this transformation — and it shows.

Large sliding doors now connect the open-plan living areas to sun-soaked decks and a Louvretec-covered outdoor space, creating a seamless transition between inside and out. The result? Effortless, all-season outdoor living that truly extends the heart of the home.

For this project, our clients wanted an entry that felt warm, sophisticated, and aligned with the updated aesthetic of their home — all within a set budget.

From layout and lighting to materials and finishes, every detail was carefully curated. The result is a welcoming space featuring elegant herringbone tiles that create a timeless, refined feel that flows seamlessly throughout the home.

We've just completed this ensuite renovation for one of our recent projects. By reworking the floor plan and utilising previously wasted space, we were able to create a more spacious ensuite with a double vanity, large shower and a walk through wardrobe.
