One card. One Boss Man. Every site we run.

Doesn't matter what stage the build is at. Same standard, same crew, same person managing it end to end.

One card. One point of contact. No fumbling around trying to project manage, looking for the business card to call your next trade for the day.

Wherever you see NKP, you know we’ve got you covered from start to finish.

What's the first thing you'd want to know about who's managing your build?

Design and build don't have to be two separate conversations.

That's the whole reason we work the way we do. Asher runs the project and site. Donelle designs the space. Nothing gets lost between the plan and the framework.

Family owned since 2018, with over 20 years of residential building behind it.

The result is a home that's built to last, not just to hand over.

Have you ever had a project where the design and the build weren't on the same page?

Warkworth, mid-build. Here's where things are at.

Framing's up. Trades are moving through in sequence, no standing around waiting on each other, no guesswork on what's next.

This is the part nobody posts. No before, no after. Just the middle (where all of the actual work happens).

Twenty years in, and this bit never gets old.

More to come as it takes shape.

Most people think they're hiring one of three things. A designer. A builder. A project manager.

Fair assumption. That's usually how it works.

Here's what usually happens instead. You're chasing the designer for a spec. Chasing the builder for a timeline. You're the one holding it together, because nobody else has the full picture.

That's not project management. That's just extra work nobody hired you for.

NKP does three things, under one roof. Design the space. Build it properly. Manage the whole thing end to end.

Interiors: layout, finish, material selection. Projects: structure, sequencing, site management. Together, one plan. One timeline. One team accountable for all of it.

One point of contact, first site visit to final walkthrough. Not three.

So wherever your project's sitting, design stage, build stage, it’s worth asking: who's actually holding it together right now?

Why is your project manager always on the phone?

Because a build has more moving parts than most people ever see. Council. Electrician. Plumber. Staff. Clients. Every one of them needs an answer, a decision, or a sign off, usually on the same day.

That's twenty years of hands on experience, not guesswork. Knowing which call needs to happen first and which one can wait.

The result is a build that holds up. On time, on budget, managed properly from first consult to final walkthrough.

One team. One standard. Every call accounted for.

Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither is your dream home.
Everyone wants the reveal. Nobody talks about the time leading up to it that actually makes the home worth living in.
That's the part most people skip past. But it's also the part that decides whether a house stands the test of time.
Across all of our builds, every stage is completed on the checklist before the next one starts. Trades aligned so nothing gets rushed just to hit a date. It's why the result actually lasts.
A good build is managed properly, stage by stage, by people who show up to it, every single day.

That's the difference between a house and a home that's still standing strong in twenty years.

What's the one part of your build you're glad nobody rushed?

Two businesses. One team. Here's the part most people don't know.

For years, Asher built. Donelle designed. Both good at their side. Both usually working inside someone else's project, under someone else's timeline.

A build only runs well when the people designing it and the people building it are talking to each other from day one, not handed a brief after the fact.

So NKP became one team. Interiors leads the design. Projects leads the build. Same standard, same accountability, same people in the room, from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.

One point of contact. One timeline. No chasing updates across trades and designers, just one straight answer from the people actually doing the work.

If you've been following one of us, you're already halfway to knowing the other.

Tell us, did you know we were one team before this?
