Do you have experience in Customer service or Reception and it's time for a new challenge?

We are looking for a Receptionist/Admin person for our very busy Panel Beaters located in Manukau.

The right person needs to be very customer focused and have a great sense of humor as you will be the initial contact for our clients. Being able to multitask while still having a smile on your face is a big advantage.

The role occasionally will require you to relieve at our East Tamaki branch.

Your duties will include:


Answering phones and managing booking with clients.
Loading invoices to jobs and reconcile the banking etc
You will be assisting the Administration Manager with daily tasks including data entry and invoicing.
Uploading images and files to Collision Repair websites.

This role is a fulltime position Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm.

Ute nearly finished. In the final stages with the Louey Signs guys applying the vinyl today. Huge effort from the team at Prima Collision Repairs to turn this ugly duckling into a beast. A big thank you to Adam Carpenter from Pakuranga automotive too for getting it race ready. Fingers crossed Nik gets it on track on the 13th of September.
