It's the middle of winter, and this is the question we keep hearing at our Show Home.

Some families walk in and head straight for the indoor-outdoor flow. They picture summer barbecues, kids running between the lawn and the lounge, and that easy Kiwi way of living where the inside and outside blur into one.

Others gravitate to the cosy corners. Warm interior tones, a clear sightline to the kitchen, somewhere to settle in on a wet Sunday in July with a cuppa and a good book.
