Coach Ian is the title I've been given by my runners - probably because it's easier than trying to say my surname! Using my experience as a running coach, and Muscle Oxygenation Testing (Moxy Monitor) I've been able to help runners at levels from elite to just starting out achieve their goals - whether they are time/PB based, or simply to get around an event/marathon.
