Sometimes I get a little ADHD-excited about cleaning jobs I’ve usually spent a couple of days psyching myself up for…

I forget that while I’m arriving full of energy and ready to get stuck in, it can be a little nerve-racking for the client! 😅

This week I rolled in like a bull in a china shop, determined to tackle every little thing that had caught my eye—including some tiny spots on the ceiling that had been bothering me… spots my lovely client had never even noticed! 😂

Picture me with a long extension pole, carefully navigating a very small room full of breakable objects and mirrors and other little things, attempting what felt like an Olympic balancing act. I may have knocked a few things over (thankfully nothing broke!), and my poor client—who is one of the calmest people I know—eventually just walked away because I think it was less stressful than watching me! 🤣

In my defence, when I get into cleaning mode I become completely focused on making everything as perfect as I possibly can. Sometimes I just need to remember that my excitement can look slightly terrifying from the outside!

Please tell me I’m not the only one… what’s the funniest or most chaotic thing you’ve ever done when you got completely carried away with a task? 😂
