Rubbish dumping up, recycling down More rubbish is being dumped at landfills - and less material is being recycled.

Old cellphones? Computers or whiteware? Plastic bags, or broken plastic furniture? Old lawn mowers, garage,garden or kitchen tools.... There's not too much that we don't recycle.
