If you haven’t already, now’s the time to check out our sister company Infusion Arch, who are doing some incredible work with developments. This Takapuna project is no exception – homes with spaces filled with natural light and high quality fittings.

The 13 units are a short stroll to the Takapuna shops and beach, and have already been snapped up by eager homeowners. The generous spaces on the ground floor are light and bright, with huge doors creating perfect indoor/outdoor flow. Large windows in the upstairs bedrooms reach down to the floor, creating a sense of floating above the greenery.

Separately, they’re beautiful homes, and together, they create a tight-knit community in a sought-after Auckland neighbourhood.

What was once a cold, simple space has been given a serious injection of joy in this office revamp. The JAVLN Intelligent Insurance Software office is a stone’s throw from our own, and the building’s new look now ties into the streetscape perfectly.

Inside, the bright colours mirror the company’s logo and it’s hard not to notice the bold wallpaper! The open plan office is framed by exposed services, with plenty of meeting spaces and a kitchen with views out across Grey Lynn.

In the current housing market, we need to densify in a way that uses thoughtful design solutions, creating spaces people will love to live in.

The Infusion Arch team are doing just that - transforming this empty site into 30 terrace homes next to the Avondale Race Course. It’s going to be a vibrant community with 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, with spectacular views of the race course action and walking distance to the local market.

Last week we were showcasing the renders for this project, and this week it’s the reality of a site visit! The frames are up and construction is underway for these 35 terrace houses in Westgate.

With all the challenges of the construction industry at the moment, it’s great to see our projects still charging ahead, and to be part of the solution to the need for medium-density housing in New Zealand.

Can you see the potential?

While remediating the structural issues with this Orakei home was the priority, there was a chance here to revitalise the design and add significant value with high end, luxury finishes.

High ceilings and full height windows now draw natural light through the open-plan living and kitchen area, which flow to an outdoor deck that frames panoramic views of the harbour. Below, spacious bedrooms look out to the site’s greenspaces and a two-car garage provides off street parking.

These townhouse is in Parnell were suffering with weathertightness issues, and a dated exterior. Resolution Arch have given these homes a fresh new contemporary aesthetic, while resolving the weatherproofing problems.

This proposal combines a hotel, residential apartments, retail, and hospitality spaces in sleek, contemporary forms, strengthening the urban scale of development that is emerging across the surrounding neighbourhood.

Three volumes are arranged around a central, north facing courtyard, maximising natural light across all three structures. The central courtyard functions as a public centre, providing an oasis for relaxation outdoors for both the residents and guests of the proposed development, and also the general public

We're happy that our sister company has been described as 'safe hands' by ADNZ judges at the Auckland/Northland Resene ADNZ awards - and for the Arkles Bay Residence to take out the Regional Award, Peoples Choice, and Residential New Home 150-300m2.

Our Nixon St offices also took out the Commercial and Commercial Interior categories, while Bannerman Rd Alterations came top in the Alteration/ Addition category. Creative Arch also received a commendation for a new home in Riverhead, Rangitopuni Residence.

Construction is finishing up on this project in Campbells Bay from our sister company Creative Arch, and the details are coming together. Involving two new homes on either side of a natural creek and enveloped by vegetation, a focus on natural finishes and colours grounds these homes in their surroundings.
