While winter menus often lean warm, refreshing cold beverages can still play an important role—especially when they bring something unique to the menu. This iced tea pairs delicate lavender with juicy peach, finished with a light lavender foam for an aromatic, elevated serve.

For baristas, flavoured foams are a simple way to add creativity and visual appeal to drinks while introducing new textures and flavour layers. With MONIN syrups, foams can easily transform iced teas, coffees, and signature beverages into something memorable for guests.

Not your classic screwdriver.

This one flips the script.

Introducing the Inverted Screwdriver — where bold citrus meets layered botanicals, finished with a smooth touch of caramel.

Built with:
• Butterfly pea–infused vodka
• Orange juice
• Roselle tea
• Monin Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
• Dehydrated orange garnish

The result? A cocktail that looks as good as it tastes — vibrant, balanced, and just a little unexpected.

Because sometimes the best drinks come from turning the classics on their head.

Great cocktails aren’t complicated. They’re balanced.

This World Cocktail Day (15 May), it all comes back to one simple idea — get the ratio right, and everything else falls into place.

A good place to start? The golden ratio:

2:1:0.5

2 parts alcohol
1 part sweet
0.5 part sour

From there, it’s yours to play with. Swap flavours, experiment with ingredients, and make it your own.

Because the best cocktails aren’t just made — they’re crafted.
