We help parents, teachers and professionals maximise their impact with the children and young people in their lives, while maintaining their own wellbeing.

I’m a mum of four, a trained early childhood teacher, a neurodevelopmental therapist, and author of Simply L.O.V.E.

I’ve worked alongside children, parents, and educators, helping them to better understand how children learn, develop, and communicate.

Two things you’ll hear about once you hit follow Without Limits Learning

- All behaviour is language

- The brain loves movement

Through Language, Outdoors, Vestibular stimulation, and Exploration, I share ways you can support your child’s learning and development without feeling like you need to add another endless checklist to your already busy day.

If this sounds like the type of content you want in your feed, you’re in the right place!

It starts with becoming aware. So much of the way we parent happens automatically.

-The words we use
-How we response when we’re frustrated
-What we consider “good” or “bad” behaviour
-How we discipline
-How comfortable we are with emotions
-How we show affection

These, and so many other habits and characteristics are things we learned from the people who raised us. Sometimes we reach a point in our own parenting journey where we realise:

This is how I was raised…but that doesn’t mean this is how I have to raise my child.

Changing a pattern doesn’t mean rejecting everything your parents, grandparents, aunties and uncles taught you.

It means becoming intentional about what you want to carry forward, what you want to adapt, and what you want to do differently.

You can do this by noticing the moments that trigger an automatic response. It might be when your child isn’t listening, when they’re having a meltdown, when they made a mistake, or even when you’re tired, overwhelmed or running out of patience.

At these points you can practice giving yourself a moment to ask:

Am I responding to the child in front of me, or am I repeating the response I learned growing up?

Then decide what you want to teach your child instead.

Breaking patterns is a bunch of small decisions made differently. You won’t get every one of them right but what matters is that you’re developing the awareness and the tools that allow you to make a different choice when the next opportunity comes.

Follow Without Limits Learning for practical conversations about parenting, child development, behaviour, communication and supporting our children as they grow.

The parent, teacher and future grandparents coming out in us! More than the chocolate you know what kids want? Undivided, honest, authentic attention and connection.
They ask do you see me? Do you hear me? Am I valuable?
The answer through our attention is... yes baby, always 🥰
