This year marks two decades since we opened the doors to The Engine Room. Time really does fly when you are having fun! 💙

We have been looking back at dishes from years past, and decided to bring back one dish for the day.

Our steak frites: grass fed Hereford scotch and maître d'hôtel butter. It's been with us for two decades for a reason.
