While travelling between sites in Central Christchurch, Ray and John witnessed a serious accident involving a mother and her young son.

Without hesitation, they stopped to help - providing comfort and reassurance to the injured child, assisting with crowd control, and supporting the scene alongside emergency responders until help arrived.

Their bravery, compassion, and professionalism in such a high-pressure situation are a true credit to themselves and FIRST Security.

Starting her journey as a guard, Su has steadily worked her way through the ranks, taking on a number of leadership and managerial roles along the way.

Today, she is our Contracts Manager – Rail and Events, a testament to her dedication, capability, and commitment to excellence.

Su is a truly valued member of our team who consistently goes above and beyond to support and look after her staff. Her leadership, care for her people, and strong work ethic make a real difference every day.
