We’re committed to thermal and energy wise building practices, which is why this new addition in Waimauku included a number of energy efficient features - Foundation and slab design, insulation, low-E double glazing, and a heat transfer from the new fireplace to the rest of the house.

With the addition of these two impressive skylights, this bathroom renovation project really brought new meaning to the term ‘bathed in light’, and we love it!

Combined with warm natural light, this project was the perfect example of how when executed well, dark interior design ideas can result in elegant, sophisticated spaces.

Combining darker tones and feature lighting into this full interior fitout and refurbishment, was the perfect way to highlight the natural timber features of this early 2000’s Lockwood while giving her the facelift she deserved.

With a huge amount of natural light pouring into this bathroom, our client and design team at chose a darker tile to create a sense of luxury and contrast in this Bali-inspired refurbishment.
