Join our toy library & borrow 5 toys for up to 3 weeks. We have 1700 toys for children aged up to 7 We also offer party table & chairs for hire.
Ponsonby Community Toy Library is a well-established toy library. Our toy library operates like a book library where you can borrow 5 toys for a period of 3 weeks. We have an evolving range of over 1770 toys for babies & children up to approx. 7 years. There is an annual fee to join then you can start borrowing toys. Library Opening Hours:
Tuesday 09:30-11:45am
Wednesday 2.00 - 4.30pm

Ponsonby Community Toy Library would like to thank the Lottery Grants Board for their generous grant to our toy library.
This was used to help fund a librarian to run our toy library.

A huge thank you to the Albert-Eden local board for their grant in 2025 towards our accomodation costs at the Subud Hall, Pt Chevalier.
This funding will support us continuing to provide young children with quality educational toys to further their development and help to reduce plastic waste from our environment. We couldn't do it without your help!

We will be closed Waitangi Friday & Saturday for the long weekend.
We are open Anniversary weekend on Saturday from 9am to 12pm.
