“Why does my carpet look flat?” is one of the questions we get asked most.
Usually, it’s completely normal.

Foot traffic naturally presses carpet fibres down over time, especially in hallways, lounges, and busy family areas. Some carpet styles also show shading and tracking more than others, so flattening can appear more noticeable depending on the product.

Regular vacuuming helps lift the pile, and occasional professional cleaning can freshen things up too.
