Last week we opened the doors to our new Professionals Meros Group office in Onehunga.

A cold Auckland winter night didn't keep anyone away. Clients, colleagues and friends of the business filled the space, from the first drinks to well after the food ran out.

The new office gives our real estate and property teams a proper home in the heart of Onehunga, and an open door for the community we work alongside every day.

Thank you to everyone who came to mark the occasion, and to the team who put the night together.

At 5pm this evening Derek started running, and doesn't stop until he's covered the distance from Auckland to Taupo.

He's doing it for Pink Shirt Day. To stand against bullying, and to raise real money for the kids and adults still living with it.

We could've written a cheque. Posted a graphic. Called it support. Plenty do. Instead, one of our own is putting his body on the line for 24 straight hours because that's what the cause actually deserves.

That's the difference we try to live by. We don't sponsor things. We show up for them.
