CBC Group

GRANADA PLACE, GLENDOWIE |

Good progress on site with the team getting stuck into the framing.

Always one of the best stages of a build when the plans start turning into something you can actually walk through.

Plenty more to come on this one.

CBC Group | Auckland & Coromandel

CBC Group is growing and we’re on the hunt for a qualified builder to join the team in Auckland.

We’ve got ongoing work across Central Auckland, the Eastern Bays and South Auckland and are looking for someone who:

* Is trade qualified - NO EXCEPTIONS
* Takes pride in their workmanship
* Is reliable and motivated
* Works well within a team environment
* Has a good attitude on site

We’re a solid crew with a good work culture - weekly beers with the boys after work and monthly toolbox meeting breakfasts are all part of it.

If you’re keen to join a hands on team that genuinely enjoys what we do, flick your email through to [email protected]

Not much can beat a crispy morning and this view

LOCHIEL ROAD, REMUERA |
This client came to us with water leaking through the existing tiled deck into the workshop below. The boys are stripping it right back - removing all tiles, underlay and the old waterproofing, sorting any framing affected by the leak and rebuilding the deck properly. Once that’s done we’ll re-waterproof and relay the tiles for a clean and fresh finish. Swipe for the before 👉🏽

MOTU GRANDE | With the top level now gone and demo works wrapped up, the boys are back to the beginning—prepping new concrete pads and exterior nibs. Framing is just around the corner, and soon the new structure will start to take shape.

PANORAMA PARADE | A different perspective.
Views from above showcase the full extent of the site. Working with tight access, steep gradients, and minimal space on either side makes for unique challenges, but also highlights the precision and planning that goes into every stage of the build
