With such low enrolment rates and so many disenfranchised voters out there, there’s an indication that people don’t know who to vote for and may end up being in the booth with a wavering hand.
We should nonetheless be respectful of those in the world who are prepared to die for the democratic right to vote. Maybe a ‘No Confidence’ vote would at least get people still having their say and give the statisticians more information to record rather than a throw away vote that doesn’t reflect preferences
