Communication with the client is super important at MOD. We love it when we can have clear conversations face to face and understand the vision for a project. Nothing better than getting through a build where everyone is aligned on the same end goal.

Work is underway at our One Tree Hill Site. The client wanted a master bedroom/ensuite extension to their existing home. This will leave a beautiful private courtyard at the back of the home. We're exited to see this project unfold. Stay tuned.

Meet the MOD team. Introducing Ben Lane

Builder, Site Manager, Husband, Dad and all round great bloke. Ben has been with us for almost four years and has grown with every opportunity thrown his way.

"I really enjoy the type of work that we undertake, some of which I have never done before. Having the freedom to liaise with Engineers, Architects, Sub Contractors and our Clients has allowed me to take a step back from being on the tools as much and focus on the other side of our projects. I’m lucky enough to be a part of a team that has a common goal which is to deliver beautiful quality homes."

Introducing our import from the South Island - James.

James is our newest recruit. After completing his apprenticeship in 2023, he returned to Auckland at the start of this year to continue his building career.

"I always embrace challenges whether it be tackling complex designs or on site problem solving. I approach every obstacle with determination to succeed. For me, challenges are seen as opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Even in the short time working with MOD I have been given access to multiple new exciting projects that have fuelled my passion for the industry. The team has been super supportive and encouraging for me to advance and develop my skills as a builder."
