Is your computer looking like this right now? You might be affected by a large IT issue caused by the deployment of a bad update in the business security software Crowdstrike.

We can confirm that we don't use Crowdstrike and no TQ customers are affected.

While it's early in the incident, IT departments and IT provider will likely be very busy resolving issues. If you need assistance (or a temporary equipment until your IT provider can get to you), please give us a call on 0508-100-200 - we're around all weekend.

Just an update to our protocols for COVID-19 Alert Level 3 in Auckland.

- We are still only attending onsite jobs in Level 3 areas for critical repairs. This will be unlikely to change during Level 3
- We are sending contractors out to onsites as required in Level 2 areas
- Our office is stil closed for people walking in, however we can now accept contactless dropoffs of equipment for repair by appointment

- Please note, we're under quite a heavy load at this time and some jobs may be triaged and delayed based on priority
- Our team has started being tested regularly for COVID-19 to ensure your safety
