A small addition that’s already making a big difference for Mairangi Bay School 🌱

Their Garden To Table programme is a fantastic hands-on learning initiative, but without a covered area, sessions were often disrupted by wet weather and the summer heat made the space difficult to use.

We were glad to support the project by supplying Suntuf Original Grey Tinted panels and fasteners, helping create a covered space that can now be used year-round.

The impact has been immediate, with Doug sharing:
“The shaded area makes a HUGE difference already and it is going to be a great area to spend time.”
“I am no longer worried about wet days… and the cooling from the shade means hot days are no longer an issue for garden activities too.”

It’s great to see the space already coming together and being put to use. A big thank you to the team for sharing these images with us we’re looking forward to seeing the students enjoy it even more in the coming weeks.
