And then you basically do everything you can to help them overcome those barriers.

Here's an exercise I start with when I'm outlining a new webpage.

📢 What problem is bringing my customers to this page?
📢 What do they need to do to solve this problem?
📢 What's stopping them from solving this problem
📢 What's stopping them from doing what needs to be done to solve the problem (book now, buy now etc.)?
📢 What do I need to tell them to help them overcome the barriers stopping them from solving their problem?
