Run by Women for Women, these classes take place every Thursday at 6pm.
Maybe you’ve been keen to train, but haven’t known where to start - this is a perfect place.

Sunday sparring at Resolve >
This Saturday (15th August) we’re running our next scored sparring event. These events are a great way to gain some safe experience.
Judged matches in 16oz, shin pads, knee pads and controlled at a 60-70% power level.

Unfortunately not our night tonight, but proud of Ong. He stepped up on 3 days notice and looked really good. Only 17 with bigger balls than most men to get in there short notice.
He will be back on in a few weeks.
