Our friends at ME Family Services have been out door knocking across Mangere East, connecting kanohi‑ki‑te‑kanohi and sharing what’s coming up.

So far, we’ve spoken with nearly 60 households, and heard thoughtful questions about our development plans, infrastructure works, and what support is available for buying a home in
Mangere Development.

Wondering why Stage 4 starts before Stage 1?

It’s not just new homes, we’re also upgrading infrastructure to support the future of Mangere East.

That includes things like water, stormwater, power, and safer street connections. Most of these works happen before homes are built, meaning we’re well prepared for the future.
