As various alert levels are reinstated across New Zealand, we want to reassure that Flame's stores are taking all necessary precautions to ensure we're following current government and health advice and working hard to keep customers and team members safe.

Effective immediately, our dine-in areas will be closed, and we ask that all pick-up orders follow the guidelines set by your local store to ensure social distancing is followed. This may mean waiting outside the store to collect your pizza.

You can still get your fresh and healthy Pita, Salad Bowl or Smoothie at Alert Levels 2 and 3.We’re open for online order, contactless pick up and delivery. Stay safe, be kind and let’s do this together! More detail about what we’re doing to keep customers and staff safe below.

Please make sure you scan the contact tracing QR code if visiting one of our locations and follow physical distancing requirements by keeping 2 metres apart.
