Good design here wasn't about trends — it was about understanding how this family actually lives, and designing a home that fits around them.

Every project starts with the same questions:
→ How do you use this room day-to-day?
→ What's not working in your current home?
→ What do you want to feel when you walk in?

The answers to those questions shape everything — layout, light, materials, furniture. The look follows from the brief.

There's something about winter that changes the way we see a home.

The rooms that earn their place in June are the ones designed for this — layered textiles, considered lighting, somewhere genuinely good to sit.

I’m all about those interiors that wrap you in warmth. There's something about winter that just calls for cosy corners with layers of texture on texture - plush textiles, warm lighting, timber and tonal colour palettes.
