An inspection report tells you what is wrong.
A good property manager tells you why it’s happening and how to stop it.
Wayne attended this property to investigate a separate maintenance issue. While there, he noticed the bathrooms weren’t quite right, so we both attended the inspection to investigate further.
At 2:39pm, the bathroom was still full of condensation from a morning shower.
The floor was wet, the bath mats were saturated, and there was little ventilation.
Left unchecked, this can lead to mould, paint damage, deteriorating grout, and costly maintenance.
Some property managers inspect and report.
We inspect, investigate, educate, and prevent problems before they become expensive.
That’s the difference. We have addressed this with the tenants , the fact they have slippers to wear into the bathroom means they thought it’s okay for the area to be wet !
