What You'll Do:
• Daily & monthly cashflow
• Xero reconciliations
• Credit card & PO reconciliation
• Fix coding + interface Simpro → Xero
• Accounts payable + supplier comms
• Supplier statement recs & dispute resolution
• Prepare supplier payments & load to bank
• Recharges + monthly sales vs forecast recs
You Should Have
• Strong Xero skills
• Simpro experience (or willing to learn)
• Great attention to detail
• Confident communicator

We are on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant STAR!

Start/Finish Times Negotiable for the Right Candidate

Are you a proactive, adaptable, and easy-going individual with a can-do attitude? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kumeu, where no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond traditional admin work – you’ll be jumping in wherever needed and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support across the team

• Assist with scheduling, document management, and internal communications

• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) confidently and efficiently

• Support basic accounts tasks – experience a bonus

• Learn and assist with Simpro job management software – training provided

• Pitch in with varied tasks as needed – flexibility is key!

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and Outlook

• Basic accounts knowledge is a bonus

• Experience with Simpro is a plus (but not essential)

• Quick learner who’s not afraid to ask questions

• Great sense of humour and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Not a receptionist role – this is a dynamic, multi-tasking position
