We're in South Auckland on another renovation project.

One of the things we enjoy most about this work is seeing homes before they begin their next chapter. It's always a privilege getting to know our clients and hearing the stories behind the homes they've lived in for years, especially generational homes where multiple generations of the same family have grown up under one roof.

Walking through these houses, it's hard not to wonder about all the memories they've held over the years. The celebrations, the challenges, and the everyday moments that have made them special.

There's also a responsibility that comes with working on homes like these. When families trust us with a place that holds so much history and meaning, there's an unspoken pressure to get it right. We never want to let our clients down, and that drives us to put our best foot forward every day on site.

We're looking forward to transforming this home and helping prepare it for many more memories to be made in the years ahead.

121m² of permeable concrete completed for the driveways and patios at our West Auckland development earlier this year.

This was our first time working with permeable concrete, and we're stoked with the result.

Managing site coverage and drainage was a challenge on this project, so permeable concrete proved to be a great solution. Unlike traditional concrete, its specialised mix allows water to drain through the surface rather than collecting and running directly into the stormwater system. Popular overseas. But still on the come up in NZ.

This system worked alongside Novacoil drainage, a water tank, and cesspit system, all designed and specified by the drainage engineer to meet the site's requirements.

When you’re in the trenches, pushing the pace and getting things done, it can be easy to forget how much progress has actually been made. It’s only when you look back at the before photos that you realise how far things have come and feel proud of what’s been achieved through it all.
