As many of you know, the easiest way to order from our store at the moment is through our online ordering service, https://www.racknrollribs.co.nz/order-online/. We also have an app, Racknroll ribs, on the AppStore and Android store.

It’s easy to get your fix of Rack n Roll, even during lockdown!😄

Dear valued customers,

Due to the announcement this evening, we will move to alert level 3 at noon tomorrow. According to the government's requirements, and to protect everyone's health and safety, we will make all efforts to provide services dedicated to keeping everyone safe. In order to do this, we have put in place several measures which are as follows:
1. We temporarily do not accept walk-in orders and phone orders. We will only accept pre-paid online orders, and will not accept any form of in-store payment. You can log in to www.racknrollribs.co.nz/order-online/ or use the RacknRoll Ribs app to place an order and pay. Please be sure to leave an accurate contact number when placing your order.
2. When you arrive at our shop, please come to the door to pick up your meal. We will try our best to make your orders ASAP. We will change the waiting time shown on the online order system to keep the pickup time accurate. This may increase your waiting time.
3. You can use a third-party distribution platform to enjoy home delivery services. You can find us and place orders on the following apps: Ubereats, Eat local NZ, Menulog, Gogo delivery, Buy at home, EASI.
