The Hi-tec team is working hard at the Pearce Drive site in Te Kamo, Whangarei, driving exciting progress on this 21-lot subdivision!
We're proud to be working on this project for Iconiq Group on behalf of Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities. The site is off to a great start, and we're incredibly grateful for the outstanding support we've received from local businesses and the community.

We're nearing the finish line at Pandora Place, Pakuranga.
Our team has constructed two duplex houses, each with three bedrooms and a stand-alone three-bedroom house, which are nearing completion.
These modern, warm, and dry homes span two storeys and feature quality fixtures and garden spaces, providing a comfortable living environment.

We’re excited to collaborate with Iconiq Group on a new project in Gisborne!
Site prep is underway, with the Hi-tec team contracted to complete the foundations and slabs for nine new terrace homes and a six-unit apartment block.
