NZ record alert and world champs qualifiers
The NZ record for women's 50m backstroke is 26.60. To me this was the most anticipated race of the NZSC champs and one I thought we'd see qualifying times for world champs, but pbs were required.
The qualifying time for world champs is 26.54, just 0.06 faster than the NZ record. Savannah-Eve Martin clocked 26.66 in the heats, also 0.06 difference.
Today she clocked 26.48 to qualify for world champs - 0.06 faster than the qualifying time and under the NZ record. All those 0.06 margins!
Amber George, however clocked 26.45 - just 0.03 faster than Martin and got the NZ Open record as well as the world champs qualifying mark.
Well done to both.
Four Coast girls have gone under NZ open records this week or have qualifying marks . I think they will be the last in individual events .
Made to Last, Easier to Clean: Made to last a lifetime, Contab Stainless pools use fresh water and require less care and ongoing maintenance than traditional pools.
Easy-to-clean, we recommend UV systems, as they keep water pristine and drinkable, avoiding the need for chemicals such as chlorine or corrosive systems such as salt. Stainless steel will not delaminate, crack, peel, corrode, discolour or leak.
Pools fitted with a pool cover will assist with maintenance and lower overall costs to heat.
Our custom-made pools deliver long-term enjoyment, quality, and value and can be made any size, shape or depth.
We project manage and provide an end-to-end design and installation service to coordinate building, plumbing, electrical and stainless steel pool equipment and covers. A range of covers, in various designs, are available for each stainless steel pool.

A beautiful example of a pool with an automatic slat cover. A stainless steel pool is a great fit for a modern architectural home.
Its clean lines, sleek finish and custom design options make it ideal for contemporary outdoor spaces, infinity edge pools, plunge pools and homes with strong design features.
Stainless steel works well alongside concrete, timber, stone, glass and landscaped areas, giving the pool a refined and modern look.

# Spa Pools
spa pools
Our pools all started from a passion for swimming and spending a lot of hours training in heavily chlorinated water. Collaborating on our experience working with a premium product, stainless steel, in the food and beverage industry, it didn’t take long before we realised what fresh pool water could be like.
We felt the need to design a stainless steel swimming pool to produce better water quality, with few to no chemicals or cleaning.
