My client who are a family owned and operated business based in West Auckland are looking for a Customer Service / Dispatch person, this is a varied position so is no ordinary CS role. The ideal candidate will be challenged with the following tasks:

Customer Services, taking incoming calls
Receiving customers / members of the public's orders
Ability to input numerical / technical data to generate concrete orders in the system
Book and dispatch trucks as orders are created from the warehouse
Generate invoices
Deal with external contractors and suppliers to ensure your customers needs are met

So as you can see this is a challenging position and requires an individual that is not only great at customer services but has a technical mind, enabling them to understand the formulas needed for orders and the service offers the business has, be methodical in processes and have a high level of accuracy from an invoicing point of view.

This position is Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm full time.

This is a great opportunity to join a business and grow with them, you maybe just leaving school and have a passion for manufacturing / science / admin while having the computer skills and aptitude to be taught, or you might be looking for a change and doing something similar already.
