Well, what a bloody excellent night eh? 65 people at the Ashhrst RSA Christmas Quiz, that's 15 more than our previous record attendance. Thanks to everyone that joined in, members and non-members, and the teams that travelled out from town to join us, you're welcome any time. Thanks also to everyone who donated food for the Ashhurst food bank thst's very much appreciated indeed, and we also raised $261for the Ashhurst Plunket Society - how awesome is that? Thanks again to everyone & enjoy the photos!

NOTICE: RSA Club restaurant closure

Due to unforeseen - and certainly unexpected - circumstances, the Ashhurst RSA restaurant "The Club Kitchen" has closed. As this was so unexpected, there is no plan as yet to reopen the kitchen as a trading restaurant, however this will be discussed at the next committee meeting on Wed 16 November. The RSA sincerely apologises for any inconvenience.

2nd ASHHURST RSA EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (EGM).

There will be a 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of the Ashhurst RSA on Sunday 20 November 2016 at 12.00 p.m. (noon). The objective of this EGM is the re-election of the RSA executive committee so please Ladies and Gentlemen, make all possible effort to attend.

DEPARTMENT OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS (DIA) PRESENTATION TO ASHHURST RSA MEMBERS

A representative of the DIA will be at the RSA on Wednesday 09 November (next Wednesday) at 7.00 p.m. to talk to members about the DIA and such things as, for example, how gaming works in the club, key persons and their responsibilities, how money gets distributed etc.
