Did you know that 70% of rural schools in Nepal lack resources, compared to just 20% in urban areas (Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, 2020)? This disparity, shaped by Nepal's turbulent history and economic challenges, creates stark differences in educational accessibility. However, government initiatives are working to create a more equitable environment where children, regardless of location, have the opportunity to thrive.

VolNepal’s riseHER project aims to combat educational inequality through various initiatives including video conferencing sessions, the Pen Pal Project, the Mini Library Project, and Scholarship and Exam Preparation Books distribution.
