Position: Full-time

Working Hours

* Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Tuesday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Monday: Holiday

About Us

Drawing Room is an art studio dedicated to nurturing creativity and providing quality art education. We offer courses in drawing, painting, and visual arts for students of all ages.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Assist with class administration and daily studio operations.
* Coordinate class schedules, student enrollments, and communication with students and parents.
* Maintain records, organize art materials, and respond to inquiries.
* Support instructors during art classes, including setting up and cleaning materials.
* Provide basic guidance to students on art techniques during sessions.
* Assist with event coordination and other studio activities as required.

Requirements

* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* An interest in art and education (an art background is a plus but not mandatory).
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a creative environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
* A friendly, proactive, and responsible attitude.

Some moments from our ongoing 15-Day Paubha Painting Masterclass — 8th Edition

As part of the learning process, our participants visited Hiranyavarna Mahavihara, Mahaboudha, and Rudravarna Mahavihara to closely observe the intricate details, iconography, traditional forms, and visual elements of sculptures. The visit was guided by Shrawan, who helped participants understand and explore these rich artistic traditions through direct observation.

Back in the studio, participants have begun transferring and developing the images of the deities they have chosen, carefully working through the initial stages of their paintings.

In the coming classes, we will move deeper into the painting process, exploring each stage step by step.

A journey of observing, learning, practicing, and creating—one layer at a time.
