The Manaslu Circuit trek is far less crowded than other classic treks in Nepal and remains a true remote adventure, despite its increase in popularity since teahouses were built here in 2010.
The Manaslu trek features all the great aspects of a classic trek in Nepal: epic scenery, spectacular suspension bridge crossings and a 5100m (17,000-ft.)

Day2: Sotikhola -Machhikhola (Trek 8hours )
Day 3 : Machhikhola -Jagat 7 hours
Day4: Jagat - Dang 7 hours
Day5: Dang-Namrung 8 hours
Day6: Namrung - Shyala 6 hours
Day7: Shayala - Samagon 2 hours
Day 8: Rest in Samagoan
Day9: Samagoan-Samdo 3 hours
Day 10: Samdo -Dharmashala 4 hours
Day 11: Dharmashala -Bhimtang via Larkye La Pass 9 hours
Day 12: Bhimtang - Goa 7hours
Day 13: Goa to Dharapani 3hours and drive to Besisahar

Day 1 (Nov 7): Drive Kathmandu → Phaplu(around 10 hours) by shared jeep .
* Overnight in Phaplu (~2,410 m.)
Day 2 (Nov 8): Drive Thame Dada & trek to Phakding
* Overnight Phakding (~2640 m)
Day 3 (Nov 9): Trek Phakding → Namche Bazaar (~5–6 h, ~3430 m)
Day 4 (Nov 10): Acclimatization: hike to Everest View Hotel (~3,800 m), rest
Day 5 (Nov 11): Trek Namche → Tengboche (~5–6 h, ~3,867 m). Visit monastery with incredible Ama Dablam/Everest views
Day 6 (Nov 12): Tengboche → Dingboche (~5–6 h, ~4,410 m)
Day 7 (Nov 13): Acclimatization day in Dingboche – optional hike to Nangkartshang Peak, Chhukung, or Ama Dablam Base Camp
Day 8 (Nov 14): Dingboche → Lobuche (~5‑6 h, ~4,930 m)
Day 9 (Nov 15): Lobuche → Gorakshep (~3 h), then trek to Everest Base Camp and return (~2‑3 h each way)
Day 10 (Nov 16): Early morning hike Kala Patthar (~5,643 m) for sunrise views, descend to Pheriche (~4,240 m) (~13 km, 5–6 h)
Day 11 (Nov 17): Trek Pheriche → back to Namche Bazaar (~5‑6 h)
Day 12 (Nov 18): Trek Namche → Surke (~7–8 h)
Day 13 (Nov 19): Surke → Phaplu (7–8 h), overnight in Phaplu
