What You’ll Do:

✅ Develop Laravel Applications

* Build and maintain secure, scalable web applications using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and modern front-end tools.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.

✅ Teach & Mentor

* Design and deliver engaging Laravel lessons (both online and in-person).
* Create course materials, tutorials, and real-world project examples.
* Provide mentorship and practical guidance to students, answering their questions and helping them understand key concepts.

✅ Collaborate & Learn

* Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality projects.
* Stay updated with the latest web development trends and continuously improve your own skills.
* Suggest and implement new tools and technologies that can benefit the team and students.

Who You Are:

* 1-3 years of **Laravel** and **PHP** experience.
* Strong knowledge of **MVC architecture**, **RESTful APIs**, and database design.
* Familiar with **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React).
* Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
* A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow.
* A self-motivated problem-solver who loves to share knowledge and build things that make a difference.
