Friluftstrend ga rekordomsetning for Devold – Toppturer og utendørs livsstil er en global trend, sier Devold-direktør Cathrine Stange, som nå vil ta det norske ullmerket til alpelandene, USA og Canada.

We are proud and honored to see one of our designs on Aftenposten and DogA’s list of top 100 Norwegian designs, “Design I 100”, and to receive a nomination for the greatest Norwegian design of all time.

The Swix Triac cross country ski poles were one of the first designs Hugo Industridesign saw to market. It received the Red Dot Design Award and the Award for Design Excellence for its innovative construction and features, some of which have since become the industry standard. The Triac is still Swix’s flagship and in the hands of athletes it keeps winning World Cup Podiums, World Championships and Olympic medals.

Say hello to Anja!

Anja has a master in industrial design from HiAk. She started as an intern in Hugo back in 2014, and continued part-time for the rest of her studies before joining us full time after graduation in 2016.

Anja is a designer who is devoted to the user, with a passion for good and thorough research. She's a skilled craftsman and organizer, a true all-rounder. Being a proper nordlending at heart she is an eager fisher, preferably halibut (kveite), preferably bigger than herself.

We welcome Anja as a designer and new partner in Hugo.

The Hugos are back in London! Martin are in a meeting planning some future products, while Anja and Leo are building the first prototype for a chair. We hope to present the final result later this summer...

Congratulations to Leo, winning the product category at "Gullkalven 2016". But he was not done, Leo also brought home his second award for the evening, "Bransjeprisen 2016".

We can't wait to get this talented designer on board this summer!

It's official, after 3years development "Yme" and "Loke" are finally in production. ETA medio July 2016.

Hugo has developed a series of backpacks ergonomically engineered for the sport Disc Golf, Scandinavias fastes growing sport.
